The Lymphatic system is a one-way drainage system. Its function is transport and defence. It clears proteins, cellular debris, pathogens, fatty acid and other particulate waste matter from the tissues. RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.

I was honoured to work with Sally Kay, international acclaimed reflexologist who created, researched and developed reflexology Lymph Drainage from first principles through extensive clinical practice.
